Hello Dear Friends,Here in Colorado the weather is warming up, and the Mangala Shri Bhuti community has commenced our annual Nyingma Summer Seminar (NSS), a public program offered in person and via live stream. Dzigar Kongtrul Rinpoche, Dungse Jampal Norbu and I will be sharing teachings on Three Yanas or “vehicles": the Foundational teachings, the Mahayana and the Vajrayana paths. Please join us! After NSS I will be working on a new podcast episode and preparing for a special time with Fleet Maull, an OQ Live Conversation, on September 13, called “Radical Responsibility”, the title of his most recent book. You may want to check that book out. Registration will open in August. As you can see from the photos, Prince William Sound, in Alaska, is a stunning place to visit. I extend deep gratitude to Amalia Steinberg and the Alaska community for the opportunity to teach in Anchorage. I was moved by their intrigue with the topic of bodhicitta, and their courage to engage the material fearlessly. Lastly, I want to invite everyone to check out the refresh on the MWI website. Thanks to Jen Kern and Amy Hayes we have some new banners. I’m really happy with the look of the site - the hub of all MWI activities. See https://www.middlewayinitiative.org/ to view the great changes, upcoming events and resources. Much love to all, Elizabeth
