Lineage: A Living Experience | LIVE and VOD

WHAT ARE THESE TEACHINGS ABOUT?

Join us online for this unique opportunity to hear Elizabeth Mattis Namgyel teach on what it means to enter a lineage. Lineage is an important part of human existence and culture. In the context of Buddhism, lineage keeps us within the boundary of our intention to connect with our innate wisdom.

When we enter a lineage we are saying “yes” to transformation, we join a culture of like-minded friends that gives us the infrastructure for living our lives in a way that supports that transformation, and we receive the blessings of those who have gone before us. Of course there will also be challenges along the way. “Interfacing with a lineage as a living experience,” as Elizabeth puts it “keeps us on the edge of continuous discovery”. When we are clear about the purpose of following a lineage, it becomes a support for living wisdom.

There is much to explore on this topic. Over these four teaching sessions Elizabeth will lead us through this exploration with teachings, reflections and guided meditations.
