On November 19, on the first day, first session will be 30 minutes earlier than the schedule time. Please arrive 30 minutes before.
Registration closes on November 17th.
We kindly ask you to arrive every day at least 15 minutes before the event starts and wait in silence. With the exception of the first day, which we ask you to arrive 30 minutes early.
We will have simultaneous translation into Portuguese (Denise Kato) and Spanish (Miguel and Ana). To activate, click on the globe icon on the bottom bar of your screen, in the language you want to hear: Portuguese or Spanish, or in the original English language. You will have the option to listen with or without voice-over (listening to the original voice in the background).
As it is an event with many attendees and involves several technical complexities, participants will be with mic muted.
Chat as written questions and response: Chat Mode will be enabled by the administrator only between participants and our team. Participants will not be able to chat among themselves. You can write your question in your native language at any time. We will translate them into English if necessary and pass them on to Elizabeth, Chime and Tatjana at the end of the day. They will attempt to include answers in the teachings on the following day. Please, add in your question to whom you want to address to.
Spoken questions and response: For the live Q&A sessions we ask participants to use the “raise hand” function on zoom and wait until our master of ceremony (Nadja) calls on you. Your mic will then be opened for you to ask your question. We kindly request participants to ask concise questions regarding the subjects the teachers are presenting at that time. For questions outside this scope, please write in Chat.
Spoken questions can be asked in three languages (Portuguese, Spanish and English). However, for technical reasons we will not be able to translate them into Portuguese or Spanish. The speakers will repeat the essence of Portuguese and Spanish questions before answering them.
If you plan to ask a live question, please use earphones or air pods. Please use them also for chanting.
