Please join Elizabeth on Saturday, May 16, 2026 from 10am- 12pm MT USA for her second Open Question Podcast Forum, “Awakening to The Nature of Appearance.” In this group setting, Elizabeth will lead us in opening up and more deeply exploring her latest Open Question Podcast episode 702: “What Am I Looking At?” This podcast forum will include guided meditation, teachings by Elizabeth, and a rich opportunity for discussion and questions.
The recommended prerequisite for participating in this forum is to have listened to Elizabeth’s most recent Open Question Podcast episode: 702.

ABOUT ELIZABETH MATTIS NAMGYEL
Elizabeth Mattis Namgyel is a Buddhist author, teacher in Mangala Shri Bhuti, and founder of the educational non-profit The Middle Way Initiative. She hosts the Open Question Podcast.
Elizabeth has studied and practiced Buddhism since 1985 under the guidance of her root teacher Dzigar Kongtrul Rinpoche. She is the Retreat Master at Samten Ling retreat center. She is the author of two books, The Power of an Open Question and The Logic of Faith. Elizabeth is an adviser for the Prison Mindfulness Institute and the Khyentse Foundation Vision Project and the Milinda Program. With Anam Thubten, she is a founding member and teacher in the Wilderness Dharma Movement.
