We are delighted to announce that December 9-12, 2021, The Middle Way Initiative will offer "Opening the Heart Sutra: The Art of Contemplation" as a live on-line four-day retreat. During this retreat Elizabeth Mattis Namgyel will guide us through a deep exploration of the Heart Sutra, with discussion and contemplative practice. Afternoon sessions feature guest presentations on visual art, music, language and practice. Guests include Dungse Jampal Norbu, Chime Mattis, Greg Seton, and a special session with Elizabeth and the art of Dzigar Kongtrul Rinpoche.
